While watching Man Shops Globe's tour of Alessi kitchenware, I reflected at how often cooking implements are mistaken for sex toys. One shot of peach syrup, one tsp of vanilla vinaigrette, one cup of seltzer water, one tall chilled glass with ice, drink parasol optional. Peach cream soda with a zing. I'm just sayin'. Nectar and ambrosia never had such stiff competition.

This year it seems as though I've only knit for other people. Which is grand in its own way, because they are so excited/astonished/squeeful when they open up their mail!
